Richard Sander

After visiting almost every beach town from Virginia Beach to Savannah, Georgia, looking for the "perfect" place, Richard and his wife, Petra, moved from Atlanta to the Grand Strand during the summer of 1999.

Richard carries on a strong family history of Realtor success stories: his grandfather was instrumental in developing California's infamous San Fernando Valley; his father was on the forefront of commercial/retail redevelopment in the Midwest, and was on the board of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

After almost three years with one of the largest waterfront developers in the Southeast, Richard proudly joined the Price & Company team. Our mutual commitment to serving our clients' best interests above all else is a perfect match!

Richard, Petra and their two boys, Simon (8) and Greg (6) live near the Intracoastal Waterway in Little River.
