Approximately 7 years ago, I picked up the local newspaper and began to read about a new project with homesites in Myrtle Beach. Being an inquiring mind, I called the phone number figuring I would get an answering machine or some kind of sales pitch recording. Neither of the two happened – I ended up speaking to a southern gentleman who didn't give me sales pitch, but gave me a lot of useful information and advice. He told me what was happening in the area, and being familiar with Myrtle Beach already, I could definitely envision the changes. Because of all the exciting stuff that was happening in the area, his enthusiasm was contagious. So contagious that the following weekend I was on an airplane heading south to get in on all the excitement.

Before I left Myrtle Beach that weekend I made several decisions that had a very big impact on my life as I live it right now. Because of Chris Price, and "riding on his coat tails", I was able to understand that investing in real estate, especially near a place like Myrtle Beach could be very rewarding in the long run. Seven years, and a few more investments later, I can tell you that not only did I get a GREAT real estate agent with a lot of knowledge of the market; I got great friends in he and his wife. We have made many real estate purchases in the past and have never used a “Buyers Agent”. We had not planned to use one on this purchase. After talking to Richard Sander, we decided to try it.
