Chastity & Patrick Neal

Finding a true 'local' on the Grand Strand is a tough task; however, Chastity Neal is one such rarity. Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, Chastity loves her hometown, and has never felt the inclination to relocate.

Patrick Neal's childhood was spent constantly relocating, due to his father's military service. As a member of the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division, who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam, Patrick's father finally settled the family in the town of Fayetteville, North Carolina. The family vacationed in the resort town of Myrtle Beach, and Patrick decided that was the place he wanted to be. After all those years of moving around, in 1986, he made the decision to make Myrtle Beach his permanent home.

Patrick and Chastity were married in 1993, and have worked together as successful entrepreneurs for over 15 years. Witnessing Myrtle Beach's amazing transformation firsthand, they wanted to be a part of it! With their extensive knowledge of the area, they decided to make real estate their career.

Along with their 12-year old daughter, Allison, they enjoy various water sports, snow skiing in the mountains, traveling, and spending as much time as possible together as a family.
